I'm originally from Westchester, New York, and have lived in Seville since 2023. What I love most about the city is how layered it is—every street, bar, and plaza has a story. Getting to know local sevillanos has shaped the way I experience Seville, and I’m always interested in seeing the city through their eyes, whether that’s discovering a neighborhood spot or smaller galleries and cultural spaces I might otherwise have missed. I gravitate towards Seville’s food, arts, and cultural scenes: spending afternoons in museums and galleries, nights in the Alameda, and as much time as possible eating well. Garbanzos con espinacas, a proper serranito, and salmorejo are rusty trusties. For me, Seville is meant to be savored—through conversation, culture, and what’s on the plate.
